Training times
The training times given above are the outside times only with each squad allocated different times within a session, read the detailed training times sheet to see what the times are for your squad. The criteria for gaining a place in a particular squad are contained in the squad selection sheet. You can see what squad you have been placed in by reading the squad list on the members page.
*Morning sessions
The Morning Sessions are open to swimmers in squads M1, S1 and Y1 to 3 on the invitation of the Chief Coach, Chris Gale. If you are interested and do not already attend these morning sessions please speak to Chris.
