Presentation evening

Hi everyone

PresentationJust to let you know the tickets for the Club presentation are on sale now from Lynda Harris

Swimmers tickets are free!!!!!

All other tickets are £5 each.

Each family has been allocated two tickets. We apologise for this but we have a number restriction of 180.

The presentation will take place on Sunday 2nd December at Chepstow Rugby Club from 4pm until 9 pm
A buffet and disco will follow the presentation.
Please note that we can not guarantee that the buffet is nut free.

You can order your tickets via the club notice board , via email  paul.harris28@virgin.net,
or Lynda will be at the poolside viewing area Tuesday after training, Thursday and Saturday before and after training.

If you know that you will be unable to attend the presentation or do not require your ticket allocation please can you let Lynda know ASAP. We can then allocate tickets elsewhere.
